About Us

The menu draws influence from the traditions of Italian cuisine with a focus on Midwest ingredients and hospitality.

Segnatore’s kitchen, led by Mark Cerullo and Justin Moser, is influenced by the anthropology and evolution of regional Italian cooking. Our menu is rooted in tradition and flipped with a contemporary twist that is made to be approachable and communal dining focused. There is an emphasis on utilizing herbs and ingredients that are locally available. All bread and pasta served at Segnatore is made in-house.

The beverage program designed by Natalie Smythe follows Italian traditions of using what is local, naturally available, and provides a little something for everyone. There is thought and intention put behind every partnership and ingredient included on the menu; wine, spirits, beer and plenty of Italian non-alcoholic options, including coffee and tea, to satisfy all cravings.
